Deposit and Payment Terms:

To reserve your spot, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due in person on the day of the event. Reservations can be made in person, but availability is limited, so we highly recommend reserving ahead of time to guarantee your spot. Proof of deposit payment must be provided at check-in to verify your reservation. Please note, all deposits are non-refundable, and by making a reservation, you agree to these terms.

Why is the Online Price Half of the Total?
The 50% online deposit ensures that your reservation is secured in advance, allowing us to properly prepare for your group and ensure the best experience. The remaining balance is due in person, completing your reservation on the day of the event. This approach helps us manage event logistics efficiently while guaranteeing your spot ahead of time.
